Correct height of the dining table
First, a little theory. The correct height of the dining table is derived from the optimal body position when eating seated. When sitting at the table (back straight, forearms on the table), your arms should be at approximately right angles. Your shoulders should be in a resting position. If this is not the case, your back (low table) or shoulders (high table) could start to hurt after a while.
For the 95% population is correct height of dining table 75cm. For taller people (195cm+) it is a good idea to consider a height of 76cm. Higher tables are made only rarely and always after a thorough consultation.
