Complaints and returns
The terms of the claim are governed by our Terms and Conditions.
If you suspect that the goods have been damaged in transit, please notify the carrier when you receive the parcel! If the packaging of the goods is visibly damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
If you want to complain, please send us a short email with photo documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unsure how to resolve a complaint, call +420 723 269 789.
Upon receipt of your complaint by email we will contact you with further progress.
Return of goods
If the product is not to your liking or you want to return only part of the parcel, you can return the goods within 14 days* from the date of delivery.
*This deadline does not apply for customized products [according to § 1837 of the Civil Code] (non-standard materials and decors of the boards, custom adjustment of the dimensions of the bases, non-standard paint colors, etc.).
We will let you know about the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the goods claimed. We will let you know the outcome of the complaint by phone or email.
